The relationship and discussions I had with Aspirion proved fruitful, so we were able to jump right into our project with them. The firm’s people were easy to work with; it was clear they knew what they were doing. Aspirion would work the day-one denial, but we also came up with a solution for discretionary denials or ones that needed somebody to take a look at as well. The firm’s IT staff was able to answer every question our CIO had relating to security, HIPAA, hacking, phishing, and so on. We were able to check the box as far as security goes. The relationship with the firm has been good. When talking to Aspirion’s executive team, I can tell they get denials and are familiar with our payers. In the beginning, there were some bumps in the road concerning some of the forms that needed to be completed for the payer relationship, but Aspirion’s team was quick to respond. They have been able to plug that hole for us. The relationship between myself and the executive leadership of Aspirion is good, and it has been a pleasure to work with them.
